the initial court procedure was to overturn workcovers doc's opinion that my compensable injury had run it's course and i no longer need any financial help etc from them. that is all restored now, but we have to make a move before two years are up, or workcover can start being a 'pain' again.
first stat.dec. has been drafted. we have to show that to a judge who says yea or nay as to whether i have a case.
It would be so much less expensive, if our health systems would own up when they are responsible, and just pay appropriately... all this court involvement makes me sick.

dee, do you know what the really weird thing is? if, when this all started, and i asked workcover to help me with my fibromyalgia flare-ups because of the pain they refused. if they had, this would either be totally resolved and i would still be working or i would have said, okay, i have given it a fair go, i will retire. and none of the huge expense etc would be happening.
Truly, truly pathetic, and our system here is becoming just as absurd. Our practice of medicine continues to deteroriate...
