ruby, it's very easy! Just make sure you grease the muffin tin liberally. Yes I will email it to you.
If you like crust, you can use the same recipe and press 1/2 a biscuit (from a tube of biscuits) into the muffin cup before you add the filling.

That is if you are using Grand biscuits. If you are using the small, regular ones, press a whole biscuit into the muffin cup, to form a "cup shape" for the filling.

yeah, don't want her to get dehydrated
and i would switch to the electrolytes very soon. you would be amazed at just how much actually gets thru the stomach before they vomit again.
*shaking head* now i remember all the electrolyte icy poles i made. if a kid wont drink, they will do anything for a popsicle.
