I had a bagel today - first "bread" product I have had in WEEKS, as my doctor advised me to lay off bread in aid to losing weight. I gotta say, it was HEAVEN
I started low carb/intermittent fasting 4 weeks ago and lost 4 lbs with very little exercise as I entered hibernation mode with cold, rainy weather.
oh well done scrabbler! Several of my coworkers do the intermittent fast plan, and have had quiet impressive results
but, to be fair, you are quite active!
I came out of my den Friday and walked the last 2 days. I always get down when kayaking/mountain biking season ends. I grieve.
This is the in-between season--too cold to kayak, too muddy to mountain bike, but no snow for snowshoeing/skiing.
I need to get back to going to the gym. It's not in my "path" so I rarely go
The IF eating plan is easy. I eat from 12-6/8pm.
