my dear friends... i am almost okay. i need to take things very slowly. church this morning. since then i have been sitting with feet up. i have this sort of thing, like a palpatation. my heart sort of seems to skip a beat, then i need to sit quietly and breathe slowly and deeply. doc nick says this is okay, it will settle.
