I am plodding along thank you for asking :-) Parents are still the same. Was my mother's birthday on the 4th of this month. I am embarressed to say that the other day Ruru asked how old they were and I said they were in their 80's well it turns out mother is 79 now dad is around 83 though. How could I not know how old my mother is.

our realtor is the very best. He insists that house owners are NOT present when viewers come into their homes. He told us that even he himself, when he was selling his own house, got positively pissed when people started to say negative things about his home. And he is a professional realtor. next step is getting ready to move out. Maybe set up our tipi tent for a few days until the money comes through. Then buy a trailer and a stronger car, and then we are going to build a tiny house. We are looking for a place to temporarily live in the trailer and build our new house.

no, not by inclination, for sure. Though because of my being poorly so many years, we were serious behind in throwing out stuff. But we did that the last few months in abundance. Cannot count the number of times we drove our trailer wagon (?) full of stuff to the thrift store or the waste dept.

Must be my computer then. Will have to do a deep computer clean out later then.
