about 23 for me - last time was when i moved here, we took one of the girls up to lake louise. the ride up to the top of the hill was terrifying for me. got off the lift, skied for about five minutes and promptly propelled myself into a sign pole.
yuck....makes me nervous just to think about that...
made it (very slowly) down the hill, waited for my husband and daughter in the lodge (which was just fine), and ended up in the ED with torn muscles in my thigh. the end.
