hello all...
I am glad to be back. Computer needed the Geek Squad and I needed a tooth implant
wb!....my laptop died a couple weeks ago....had to get a new one...
My problem was that I needed to get my Microsoft password. Never would have figured that out
ah...i had to find mine, too....had trouble reloading my Office software....had to get my nephew to do it....he had to uninstall lots of "trial" Microsoft products to get the software to load...
My son, living in CA was not able to help me and he recommended the Geek Squad
