no sweetie, you are not supposed to do all that. Your body needs to focus on beating this virus. Either Don will have to step up, or you need to have (more) help for a few weeks
oh, and once you start feeling well again: you need to build up your activities again! Not jumping back into the old pattern all at once, but building up slowly. Is important!
