I managed to get hit on the head with one of the windows that Rob made for our tiny house. Got a lump the size of a dove's egg. But it has gone down a bit overnight. Caya is going okay, has a lot on her plate but is managing. Tomorrow we are going to empty out the container, get all our stuff here. THen we will have to sort it all out... see if anything is salvageble after 5 years in a humid sea container.

i am pretty pleased with myself. have done both gym sessions, and the hydro pool this week. a little difficult. lacking energy plus plus. combo of the tail end of the ketamine, and lingering effects of covid. oh, and my breathing has much improved too. taking it slowly when doing exercises, but still completing the full program.

Rose, I postponed so many things until Michael died. Don't do it. I have most everything fixed now. It has taken me over 4 years to find the people to do the fixing since I'm in a rural area, but the people I found have been fantastic, and will always come back and help me if I call them.
you did such a wonderful job, Kam. It hasn't been easy.
To everyone who doesn't know, my late husband had Parkinson's Disease. It greatly hindered his mobility. Then there was life in general...he would rather make something than fix something.

It is nice to come home to a house that looks good. There is still a lot of work to be done, both inside and outside. But the structure itself is intact and in great condition. An acre is a lot for someone 72 years old, lol! I have found good local help and I am grateful.

It is interesting to talk to this landscaper ;) My car battery died and he took the dead one to town and swapped it out (under warranty) for a new one and replaced it because he was afraid I would get stranded on the highway. I put up our skinny tree over the weekend. Eventually we'll get a big tall tree, since we have high ceilings (10 feet) but I doubt it will be before Christmas.
