Happy Canada Day! to all my fellow Canadians and good day to every one else.
Happy Canada Day to you too, boober!
Don't you just HATE it when (after hours of straining your eyes) you suddenly see a word, so simple, and not jumbled all up, but perfectly straight, neither backwards or upside down, and staring you right in the face?!
Keeps happening to me all the time. Sometime I just walk away, come back, look at the grid and there it is staring me in the face. I just found an E5/14 & E4/5 looking right at me
Here, here. I must agree. I have spent a fair portion of today working on this board and am getting close. I just found a fairly common word that occurs twice! And its plural. i4/7 and i5/16 At least the plural only occurs once. Oh well. At least we are finding these words. Onward!
thanks Roberts1... found those. Mine was i5/26. Still smacking my head on the desk over not seeing that right away!
Perhaps I shouldn't say anything but did you notice that i5/26 is here twice, Darlene. I was happy to find the nonstraight one only to realize as you did that there was an easier one. 3 to go. Might actually finish one.
"Oh Canada, our home and native land..." All the best to our neighbors up north!
roberts1,. didn't see the 2nd one until you mentioned it. Glad you're close. I'm barely half way, as usual.
Darlene, I would usually be in the same place but I took off today. Four day weekend was too good to pass up. Just finished. Good luck. :)
Darleen, sorry about misspelling your name twice. I guess you now know why this is such a challenge for me. :)
LOL ... hey Roberts1, you can call me anything as long as (badda bing) you don't call me late for dinner. :-)
Can I have a hint for the i/5/26?
It's the name of one of your fingers. And it's lined up in such a neat straight line that it's hiding. :)
Oh my GOD, I can't believe I didn't see that. Thanks!
