could i please have a hint for the Q/7 44, thanks.
I'm new to this - what does, for example, Q/7 44 mean
word beginning with Q, 7 letters 44 points.

Here are the Stats, I think anyways: 8-8 7-11 6-31 5-66 4-88 Total=204 a-15 c-23 d-4 e-8 f-30 i-11 m-12 n-2 o-2 q-17 r-28 t-47 v-5
A8/60, A8/65, another Q8/60, and a T8/60. That should be all the 8"s. A7/36, C7?36 I7/40, ans I7/28 should be the rest of the 7's.

boober....the qu and the u being next to each other usually cause problems for the solvers out there...check for words with QU in them because the solver usually doesn't assume that there is already a U with the Q...you following me on that?

I have 202 words instead of the 204 I posted earlier. I have 16 "Q's" and 46 "T's". That would mean there are 5-65 and 4-87. Hopefully I have it right now. Apparently I need to learn how to add better. Again I apologize to everyone. If I am still wrong I promise to never do the stats again.
boober, don't worry about it! I"m just grateful you're doing them (close works for me as I NEVER get more than half anyway)... gives me something to shoot for :-)
boober -- it probably wasnt your addition. todays puzzle has a "Qu" next to a "U" which always throws off the solvers...

Found an i/8/50. It is a compound word. Hard to find cause it winds around. But it is a common word.Can't really give a clue without giving away part of the word.
The other i8 means the act of doing things following what has already been done. A different definition of the first i8 is what we all do on the message board. A8/60 : an etching made by a process that makes it resemble a water color I don't know the other A8. Yes, there are 2 Q8/60's.

yessir, I just love i8 50ing. Now if I can figure out how to a860 (I have the a865), I will be a happy camper
fit, I don't know if it would be considered a compound word but it does split into two four letter words. Not the bad kind! The second could almost describe the first.
could i have a hint on the a8/65?
hmmm roberts, I shall consider that. The other a8/65 is an ornament of archeological interest, or something fashioned by human hand.
