3/6/15 Pizza Dip Recipe
1 - 8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded parmesean cheese
1 - 8 oz jar of pizza sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
Sliced pepperoni, quartered
Mix cream cheese and Italian seasoning and spread in bottom of pan/dish.
Layer with half of the shredded mozzarella and parmesean cheeses.
Layer pizza sauce.
Layer the rest of the shredded mozzarella and parmesean cheeses.
Layer the diced green pepper and green onion.
Layer the pepperoni.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20.
Use bread of your choice for dipping. Enjoy!

2/14/16 Country French Toast
Melt 1-1/2 sticks of butter in a 9 x 13 pan
Add 1 cup brown sugar and mix to cover the bottom of the pan.
Slice a loaf of Italian bread and place the pieces on top of the mixture. (Go ahead and shove them in there...use the whole loaf!)
Mix together:
8 eggs
1 quart of half & half
1 Tbsp vanilla
Pour over break, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, uncover, sprinkle with cinammon, and bake for 1 hour at 350. Enjoy!
