I often stand in the rain. I love autumn and the smell of wet leaves underfoot. I often talk too fast, too loud or not enough, or at all. I had dreams, hopes and desires once. Now I'm never awake or asleep and constantly float in a haze of the time that is day to day life. I have been hurt, betrayed, abused and used. I am not bitter, just out of energy and with nothing left to give, except what remains. I give that freely to those in need.
