the 2 8's are real easy. just add two letters to a six that is something an attorney does. add two different letters and you get the same word spelled a different way. :)

Shutterbug - cheating may not be covered in the rules, but if the object of the game is to find as many as you can and others are out and out giving you the qwords (general you, of course!) then in my book that is cheating and shouldn't be done.

I think "cheating" is probably going to be defined differently by different people too. It really depends on how you view the game.

Some people view using a dictionary or some such thing cheating but I really don't. To me, it's not just about finding the words but perhaps expanding my vocabulary which will only happen if I learn words I don't currently know.

Although the dictionary doesn't help ME much.....and there seems to be a whole lot of words I don't know or that I just can't see....I don't know which. I only have 88.

I've been told that today's puzzle has 152 words for 2196 points. There's 72x 4s, 41x 5s, 24x 6s, 8x 7s and 7x 8s. I've only got 6x 8s : there's the seashore one, the 2 crime ones, the 2 payment ones, and the grooming one. Has anyone got clues for the other 8 ?
