We are quite a distance from the fires rose but I feel sad for the people down that way. It's not far from where my dad's family farmed many years ago.

Was "meant to be", I think. As I was reading the bus article, her message about being in ER popped up, so I answered her immediately. She'll look at her watch and think I am crazy. Hope the notes helped... her hubby just had shoulder surgery, and all of a sudden he is now having lightheadedness ...
I know she is frightened / anxious... I hate those ER trips!
No fun having a sick husband. Mine just had 4 heart bypasses.

ok. then: Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data.... Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
this will clear a lot of website data. You'll need to reenter passwords and what when going to sites most likely.

Yeah it is horrible how just a little thing can play on our minds for days. Well it does for me.
I am better with the little things nowadays. Took long years of therapy, but I got most of it sorted. The bigger things though... they still hit hard.
Not sure what these tablets do. I think they disolve in the stomach then the contents does not get effected by the acid and kind of float to the top and stop the acid from escaping. Does that make any sense?
could be. I know it is prescribed here when you take medication that is bad for the stomach. It is supposed to protect the stomach.
Yeah not for me. If someone puts me down I seem fine at the time and brush it off. it is when I go to sleep that my mind then starts to replay the scene and then over dramatizes everything!
I tend to over think things that is my problem.
