i am nearly going bonkers here. new gp wants to see report from my thyroid scan which was about 4-5 years ago.when we changed docs a coup[le of years ago, we asked our then current gp for our records to be sent on.
the so-and-so scanned everything in no particular order. sigh... i have to go through the scan page by page.
That's ridiculous! They've lost the report or it was never mailed.
So frustrating for you.
yeah, and the study with the big desk top pc on is like an inferno.
i am half way though the second file of reports etc.
Not helpful for you. Can't you copy the files onto a flash drive and view on a laptop somewhere cooler?
don't think it's worth it. i am nearly there. if we have to do so, will leave the desk top on overnight and i will finish in the morning.

yeah, humidity, and changes in weather like storm and snow and such. And I agree, rose, there is not one true way. We all have to figure it out for ourselves.
I think I'm cowardly in the face of pain but, hopefully, if I have radiation treatment this winter, it will alleviate some of it and I'll be able to cut back on the morphine

it really works, though - if you're determined to de-clutter, and can throw one thing out every day, you'll find yourself throwing more than one thing out on some days about the basin, once it's in the trash, it's gone. you can buy another one and put a hole in it if you need it ;)

I started doing it when we had to clean out after the parents died. I didn't want my kids to have to decide what to do with all this stuff. If I just keep the things that are meaningful to me, there will be so much less to sort and I will be happy
