My father has these meal drinks as he had lost a lot of weight too. Maybe you could try some of those as well as your meals.
I tried thse, but I could taste the vitamins....
So can my father but He has it with a snack to help mask the flavour of the drink. You have to sort of compromise lol

And, most important, I only have to cook for the (spoiled) pups, not for me

The salmon has hollandaise as does th cod. It's difficult to get fresh fish here, though. When I was still cooking and entertainibng, I gave up on dishes like paella
