good news! I use a nasal spray...tastes awful, but very effective in staving off the headaches if I get to it in time. It is called azelastine, in case you want to ask about it.

family is awesome if you can swing the help!
currently, i have 1 TW day each week, as does hubby. he also works an alternate schedule, so e/o week he has a day off in addition to his TW day. im hoping the grandmas can cover the rest of the days, or that our bosses will give us some extra TW, at least in the beginning. (thats AFTER im done with leave -- i will probably use short-term disability, so i think that gives me like 3 months at home!)
