I like my touchpad to be were the numbers keys are. That is why I use a wireless keyboard. Nope Windows 10 on a low end laptop is a giant pain.
I loved XP. Am on 7 now, it is ok. Not taken the free 10 offer though.
Sprite Windows 10 is fine for a beastly machine. It is not ok on an average or older machine

Too bad - it was nice to have a chance to learn a little about each other ahead of time. Made the transition a little less scary; although she was a farm kid who didn't understand why a person would need to LOCK the door if you leave (or want to sleep) in a prison town. LOL took a major meltdown on my part one day to convince her.
they get to move in on Thursday and have activities over the weekend and then start class on Monday - we will go down to a picnic on Friday afternoon
Sounds like a really fast start! Good thing to jump in with both feet, less time to get used to lounging around. :-)
