I don't think I can, Nef -- pretty sure these are the same (or related chemicals) to the things that have been making me increasingly uncomfortable for years. Almost certain they are unavoidable unless I move to a hermitage built by my own hands in the desert somewhere. What I am looking for is a better baseline medication to reduce reactions; and a better plan for rescue medications when reactions flare.
I understand; but it would be good to know what it is & if shots would help.
I hated the idea of getting shots; but it sure made a difference!
