when i tried it earlier in the month it was like, definitely both flavors
so then i open it and it's white! i think they just gave me hot milk with a shot of snickerdoodle syrup!

it's completely arbitrary. a new year also begins on april 4th, and on july 18th, and on every other day, if measured from that day. so who cares? not me!
just because i think it is a stupid holiday, that does not mean i think everyone who celebrates is stupid. if you enjoy excuses to celebrate, and if you enjoy staying up, and maybe having champagne or whatever, then, you are probably a normal happy person.
we used to go to a big formal dinner dance when we were younger - now I'm in bed as soon as the fireworks are over! - Thankfully we can see them from our livingroom window
oh yeah, i also hate fireworks. they are loud and make it hard to sleep and that annoys me very much.
i've heard something about development of silent fireworks, all the light show beauty without all the newborn-waking, PTSD-triggering, insomnia-torturing bangs.

yes, fireworks only please normal healthy people. they are very bad for others. and then the normal healthy people. who haven't the least idea what it is like for veterans with PTSD or people who have trouble sleeping all the time, say, "what cranks, complaining about a nice little thing like fireworks"

Fireworks are banned here, so only civic celebrations (and the first nation lands) have them. As we live in a heavily forested, dry area I think that is a good thing.
