It is pretty easy to resize photographs in Paint. And most computers come with Paint. Unless you are a Mac user. And if so, I have no clue.

How do you save the picture?
Top of the page...click FILE and then SAVE AS from the drop down menu. I usually save them to my desk top until I am done editing them, then I save them to a folder.
