I never notice the lengthening days in Miami, probably because it's so far south
By the time June 21st is here it starts getting dark around 9:45 pm and dark by around 10:10pm.

They do shed about twice yearly and I do groom them, much to their dislike.

We camped at the seashore in July. However, ccame a big storm and we had to leave. Went to Virginia Beach which was awful.
I am fine here in Maine in the summer.....we go in April to get away from the end of winter....and it's cheap until the first of May....
