infusion went well. talked to dr john. as i did so well on just the one oxycodone/day until i went in, we both think it would be better to stay on it and see how i go.
heart academy was awesome , as usual. My contribution was received with heartwarming enthusiasm. And the rest of the program was great too. Lovely to see all the other students.

ruru, when we flew home we flew pretty well non-stop from Heathrow to Dubai, change planes, Dubai to Singapore. absolute killer.

A slow cooker is a good way to cook steel cut oats. You can cook them overnight and then take them for breakfast. Or have them, if you are dining at home.
