61/4.25/472 so far. 3 6s for 18, 33 and 27. This is one of those annoying grids where when you first look at it you think it's going to be packed, but after 15 minutes you want to kick it.

It does not start with B. I have all 9 of those, and sadly no 8.

No, you're missing 2 4s and 2 5s. Assuming you have both singular and plural of the fish and the greek letter, the 5s you are missing are a vegetable (and maybe it's 4 letters singular?) and a concrete. You would then either be missing a 4 letter hebrew letter or a verb that happens in Las Vegas.
And your last post makes more sense! The Bs seemed pretty easy this time, so I was surprised you had missed them!!! Still down with the flu? It's been a bad one for you it seems. Hope you feel better soon! :)

A clue for the 8 would make it duller than it already is...
Well that got me trying to enter the 8 as some variant of apathy (apatheee, apatheal, apatheae, ...) But i've stopped that nonsense now as i've discovered the final A word is a simple A4 :)

I must be addicted. I've come back for a look at the log even though i finished this grid ages ago. @ periwinkle ... do you have the i4 that means: "South American freshwater dolphin (I. Boliviensis). It is ten or twelve feet long, and has a hairy snout." I'm glad you appreciate the clues. Personally, i think it's more fun playing with a bit of group cooperation. I appreciate the help i get too :) And if i take the trouble to write out a definition, why then my vocabulary will probably benefit! Gee I'm really going to miss it when i go back to once-a-week Babbling.
I'm sooo confused... I have two questions... I don't know if this is a clue for one word or more? E6 - opposite of logos - worth 24 points.. I have what I think is the answer, but it's worth 33 points? Second question... was there a clue for a lette of the Greek alphabet, M5 or M6? I don't know of such a Gr.letter??

Christine....I have a B 6/24. It is various species of small brightly colored long finned fresh water fishes of the genus. It is like the second greek letter starting with a B the, just add on letter in the middle
