i have a senior exercise class today....i do two a week....it has helped with balance and flexibility.....
I use a power tooth brush with a thirty second cycle. I stand one one foot then the other through those cycles.
I fell twice while exercising at the Y last week. I did a face plant while planking. Then I fell completely over when rotating over a double-grip ball. Lesson: strengthen my core.

i do yoga to help the core and balance. i still have issues with it.
but the best is body flow. it combines yoga, tai chi and pilates. i love it
