Well, I have 9 words for 69 - looks like that's it for me - for tonight, anyway, but it's definitely something for y'all to aim for, right? Gotta finish a book, to return to the library tomorrow.

There's an impressive 39 words in this puzzle.
I don't have the strength of will for this one. There are no words longer than five letters.
Had to come back, to update my list - a truly impressive 19words for 214.... woohoo.... and yes, the longest words are only five-letters. Lots of words 'almost' there, but...

Oh yeah, I hadn't noticed the N! That's got me to 36 for 424. C - 10 F - 2 H - 4 I - 2 N - 1 O - 1 S - 8 T - 5 W - 3 I can't find the sixth T anywhere, though! Oh, and I haven't used the X at all. Has anyone else used it??
Are there really only 39 words in this puzzle? Kukana, I have 37 and I know I'm missing 2 C's from your list - that means that along with the T you know about you must also be missing 2 more I's.
Got to 37 with Kirsty's 2 extra Is. Still missing an S and something else...
Thanks Kirsty, found the last two Is and the final T. So that's 39 for 451... I won't look for any more unless someone else mentions a different score!

Just got to find 1 more F now - which I suspect will irritate me all day LOL
And my S points are: 26, 14, 6, 9, 7, 4, 16, 7 I don't think it was a hard puzzle today, there weren't that many possible combinations and lots of them -turned out to be unexpected words!

Periwinkle, I don't have an S-22. Do you mean the F-22? Or something else? Anyway.. all the words are either 4 letters or 5 in this puzzle, and the X isn't used, so anything with 22 points has to have 5 letters!

Looks like you're missing the first three cs, then! 4/12, 5/26, 4/9 They're all similar sounding and I didn't know any of them existed as words until I tried the letters.
Found 'em - had wondered about the US spelling on some of these... that does catch me out on occasion!

Treble99 - There are great clues to the number of words for each letter and the points for many of them already in the grid. Wendrie - I don't think those are US spellings of anything. They all seem to be acronyms. :)

Youngster - there seems to be 3 x 5 letter S words, and 5 x 4 S's... do you know what you're missing? I'm just missing one T word - I've never got any where near all the words before today!

Think you're missing a 4/4 and a 4/9 - the fourth word is the 4/4 and the 4/9 comes after your 4/6.
My Ts are, 4/10, 4/4, 4/4, 4/10 , 5/22, 4/7
D'oh - scrap what I just said! The 4/4 comes just before your 5/16. The 4/9 comes after your 4/6.

I don't know what's wrong with coth. I think sinh, tanh, etc are accepted.

trying to finish my first puzzle. missing a c for 20, an i and an s. for i's i have 4/7, 5/16, 4/4. s's are 5/26, 5/14, 4/6, 4/7, 4/4, 5/16, 4/7. any help would be fantastic.
what did any of those numbers mean?

always overlooking the plurals! thanks delta. all done.
cjustine... 4/7, 6/33, indicates the number of letters/value of the word... a 4-letter word, worth 7 points or a 6-letter word where the tiles total 11 points multiplied by 3 'cos of the number of letters. Adding a prefix, or suffix, or pluralizing could give you a super-value word.
