11:11 am

I'd like a clue for the P7 please

3:10 pm

I simply cannot find the last P word with 7 letters. May I have another clue please. Can't get it from the clue that is posted.

4:07 pm

'At 02:16 am sprite said... Thanks for the atlatl explanation of yesterday! What a wonderful way to start my day - now I can say I have already learned something completely new. :-)" My pleasure. Just wait, that bit of trivia will come up, and you will totally impress someone with your vast knowledge of atlatl's. ;)

Does the r-7 use the r in the last row, or the other one?

4:19 pm

(Sigh,) I started this because I thought it only had a few words and I am too busy to do much babbling for a few weeks. But there are too many again, and I have only found a few so far. It's a horrible puzzle, the most difficult for weeks. Have to give up this weekend! :-(

4:44 pm

i only have 47/621, dimwit. so thought on a day without classes it'd be easier. maybe next wkend we'll have better luck.

4:49 pm

Question about the A 8 for 45. does the word start with a prefix meaning one quintillionth ? If so, then I have half of the word, if not...bummer. Anyone?

4:53 pm

It's not a word I knew before, but it reminds me of a word for lawyer. feeling too lazy to look up the quintillionth thing!

4:55 pm

i don't know what that word is, but if you think legal professions...

4:59 pm

I'm stuck on the last two P words - can anyone help me figure out what I'm missing? 1xPL (a 4), 5xPO (three 4's, a 5, and a 7), 3xPR (two 4's and a 5)

6:16 pm

phew! done! this one was not as gratifying for me as yesterday's...

Can I get the values of those last two p-words, Krys10? I have the same ones you had before.

6:31 pm

they're great words - a related 5 and 6, British term meaning pimp....

7:35 pm

hey all British babblers, isn't todd a word? why won't it go in?

I'm missing 4 D-words. Are there any that are more than four letters?

8:07 pm

I have one d/5/16

Ah yes, I just found that one.

8:19 pm

there's also a D6.. in all, 3 DE's and 7 DO's.

8:31 pm

May I please have a hint for the d/7?

Done! 105/4.76/1381 Here's a breakdown of the larger words: A/6/18 A/8/45 C/6/30 C/6/27 C/6/24 C/6/24 C/7/36 C/7/36 C/7/44 C/6/24 C/6/24 D/6/27 E/6/18 H/6/33 J/6/42 L/6/24 O/6/18 P/6/33 P/7/44 R/7/40 R/6/21 T/6/21 T/6/18 T/6/24

8:38 pm

Ignore, my last request. I know there is no d/7 :)

10:35 pm

67/827. I will now say tata even though Babble Gods say it isn't a word. And here I was so good. Fasted and went to temple all day, and only got a measly score :(

11:57 pm

Been a while and I really don't have the time to babble, but I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my time spent here on this board this past summer. Now that school is in I just can't stay up all night to babble, not that I don't want to. I also would like to say that I am glad to have made many of your virtual acquaintances and that Lawyer-1 in particular remains one of the finest people I have met in any online forum.

11:59 pm

I haven't played in a month and after one minute of looking at the grid I am transfixed with it's magic. I will leave now to return perhaps when I have a week to play. This game may be the best time waster ever.
