l've just spent an hour reviving a month-old bouquet of white peonies and white alstromeria. l cut all the stems shorter, removed anything Brown of wilted, and am left with a very pretty arrangelent for one of my tablescapes.

And even after long flights from Canada to Europe, their cages were clean
Cuppy lived in a cage all day long while the owner was at work.

Think my sister had a dog a bit like yours Ruby. He was a farm dog but had to be shut up to eat because the chickens would chase him away and eat hi food. Eventually her walked 3/4 mile to the nearest road and got run over by about the only passing vehicle PER DAY!!
True bichon we didnt realise the commitment when we got our first dog but we learnt quickly!
Vets don't think of autism with dogs, but l'm sure it exists.
