okay actually. took endone yesterday when things got a little tough. didn't go to movie night at the church. went to bed instead. slept most of the night except when he started coughing in his sleep.

busy as can be. Not really, on weekends I have to practice nails, and I go to OA meetings. But I do not have to go shopping or fix dinner, so that helps. Yesterday was brutal.
how is Don, btw? Is there a treatment for his bowel issues? And for the coughing?
poor spritey. what happened yesterday? you were going to have a lovely leisurely shower.
Don is still coughing. he says it's not in his chest but his throat. will see how he does over the weekend.
have talked with Dr. regarding headaches - yes, they say they're migraine - had them quite severely when I was in teens - they advise tylenol - and rest
I did have the shower :D After that, things got crazy. Groceries, dogwalking, garden, baked two breads, cooked a curry, laundry, nails, cooked the rest of dinner
migraines are the pits, so sorry, flosey *hug*

looked up tylenol. It is just paracetamol! That is crazy, to prescribe for migraines. There are better meds on the market for that.
I really prefer to have nothing heavier Rose, I am quite uncomfortable taking anything stronger
have had to in the past but they're not as severe as they were back then
hence why i said 'egad' sprite. flosey... i take tylenol for a headache, not a migraine. we give to teething babies, for gosh sakes !
I think even ibuprofen would be a better choice

that one sounds familiar Rose, the ergotamine. It's me though, I'm the one who doesn't like being knocked out with drugs
but there is an in-between road, flosey. There are better drugs that still do not knock you out. Sorry to jump on you, didn't mean to. Just wish for you to have less pain.
ergotamine and caffeine won't knock you out honey. they just alleviate the cause of your migraines.
as for Don... are you giving him your wonderful lemon concoction?
have had both Rose and they do, for some strange reason, knock me out - at least I sleep it off. Have been given another new one - in bubble packs, to be taken daily - we'll see how these work
have been doing so honey. but it isn't helping like it did at first. it stopped the advancement to full on chest infection.

if he can handle it, he might want to try gurgling with salt water.
flosey, they may 'knock' you out initially because your migraine has not allowed you to sleep or relax. those drugs relieve the cause of your migraines.will pray this new med is the one for you.

it is not completely sure yet. We would have been ready before the start of the summer holidays. But our teacher had surgery and then complications, so some lessons had to be postponed. Might be september before we are done.

we might do some extra lessons on other weekdays, and in that case, we are done in time. It is not just up to me though, the other students have to agree too.
