When i started doing these stretch exercises it is amazing how un suptle I have become!

Some of the positions in the book are mind blowing...There is no way I will ever even think about attempting those! But I am happy with what i can do now and it helps so all is good.

Not a TV series I watch but saw when hopping through to see what is on. There was the X factor and a 90 year old lady was with a younger man doing dance to music and he was thowing her in the air whilst she twirled around very fast! A bit like they were ice dancing but on the stage. I was amazed I just had to watch it. How she never hurt herself I will never know.
