that must always be a treat, I imagine. Still, you can enjoy it more when your system is working properly. For me, avoiding conflict does not really work, because when I am truly pissed, it does not go awayh all by itself. I need it talked out or I will start 'saving coupons'. And it will all come out at some very inappropriate time, place and measure, lol.
Hear ya! What ticked me was that I covered the stovetop in baking soda last night to hopefully clean burned on gunk off...so I had a MAJOR chore on my hands, and I woke up feeling like I got hit by a truck and then had my veins filled with cement...and he's going to get grandson, so I had to fly into gear...haha, no gear, but did get most wiped up before they got back

At least we had a picnic for dinner - paper plates and ate outside at the picnic table. Even needed to run back in and grab a light jacket, so it was actually a nice picnic

you are totally entitled to a bit of unloading! No sorry needed at all. I lost my balance when going to the bathroom in the night, fell on my knees, taking some boxes and crates with me. It was a bit of a mess. Nothing serious though, just one swollen knee and a hip that is not happy with me. The rest is superficial.
I'm sorry to hear your knees took the brunt. All of your packing/moving tripped you up, huh? I know, not funny, but ironic. I have night lights for nighttime trips - started before hubby's surgery when he would trip. If you don't have nightlights, get some while you're busy moving stuff around and packing.
