it is the precursor to seretonin. i don't produce that enzyme and i was trying to boost production. seretonin is the mood stabiliser enzyme.

i think so. we did a few things, including a couple of walks to sight-seeing platforms. stuff he wanted to see. i just wanted to veg, but that isn't his idea of a holiday. one walk was 700 metres. 350 in and out.

picture Rob and me, up to our eyebrows in clearing and wallpaper and stuff. Phone rings. A little while later, I hear Rob in a very very thin little voice: "Cass?" I say "What is up??" And he says, in an even smaller voice: "Panic..."

it was the transporter who was going to move the big blue sea container from our garden to a new place. We thought in a few weeks at best. Noooo he said he was gonna pick up the darn thing in a few hours!
oh no.... roflollll
so... we were SO not ready! Had to clear out the container, make sure we were allowed to use the new place, and prepare the new place, and make sure there were no cars parked where the big haul thing had to stand...
omg......
I sent Rob off to the new place, he was so panicked. Which meant I had to stay cool, lol. So I sent him off, with clear instructions, and I began clearing out the container
you may remember that Rob had a LOT of cupboards in that container... so I deconstructed them all, removed all loose clutter and then Rob came back home...
...looked in the container and said... you can guess it...
where is ????

lol even worse... "Oh honey, you did not need to take down all the cupboards, only the loose clutter..."

anyway, we got permission to put the container at canoe club for a couple of months, just in time. And then a friend of ours came to bring those metal boards to protect the grass/ground against the big haul truck, and 10 mins later the transporter arrived
*sigh* what a day you both had...
so was it sangria all round with dinner??
it was crazy. But it went smooth as a baby's butt. Within 2 hours, the container was in its new spot. Rob and I crashed after removing all the metal boards, looked at eachother and said: Let's have food delivered today, LOL!
nah, sangria is only for very very special occasions. Rob had a few beers and I had a cider. We are so happy the container part is done!
well done both of you... but especially you, keeping your cool, just like a little duck on water.
