Hi and hugs, Sprite and thanks for the 2 books.
*hugs Liz* Yvw, am working on the next, will complete the series over time.
No probs. like I said, next on my list are the Ferrantes
How are you
please let me know how you find them!
I am good. The sale of the house is final!
I will but if you come across the Tv show I really recommend it.
That’s fantastic 😊
*happy dance*
yes, will keep an eye out for the tv show.
So when will you move?
just got home from night shift... bit tired but not enough to sleep. Maybe a nap later today.
15th of February at the latest.
Hyped with the news I’d guess.
Exciting times.
absolutely. And Rob has a meeting with his rotten boss this morning, so that is rather nerve-racking.
YAHOOOOO!!!! congratulations darling friend {{{{spritey}}}} {{{lizgirl}}}}}
Hmm. Hope he is OK with it.
how are you and your beloved?
Hugs Rose.
All good here thanks
*hugs rose* Thanks! The realtor called us yesterday with the good news.
his boss is playing dirty games with him... it is really bad. I hope he will stick to the script... told him to just hear her out and tell her he will get back at her after talking to the company doctor.
finished most of the Christmas shopping today. just have to get the funds for those who don't want a gift per se. and i would love any ideas for my darling daughter-in-laws. nothing too big. just a gesture.
that is good to hear, Liz!
and you, Rose? How are you and Don?
a voucher for a spa day is always lovely
things moving fast. the news is that absolutely i go in on the 7th of January for both the procedure and the infusion.
Can’t come soon enough I’d guess
are you still calling them every morning?
going out a little later today to buy most of the salad fixings for the parish christmas lunch in two days.
i have said the first cancellation is mine. they have agreed.
and check every day if there are any cancellations... don give them a chance to forget you
don't*
don was a bit snarly while we were out. he HATES all the noise in shopping centres. because of his hearing loss he becomes disorientated and, i guess, a little afraid.
I can understand that. I get panicky in situations like that. I hope he didn't take it out on you.
ummm... i had a bit of a cry when he went over to the post office. let off some of the tension. he is quite lovely now.
and loving...
my poor darling *hugsssssss*
sprite, we BOTH have to give each other some leeway at the moment.
my vote would go to both doing all you can to not take it out on eachother.
so.... next February huh? will the weather be a little warmer by then?
nope. Usually january and february are the coldest months here
my nightshift stank, btw. Last hour I was stalked by a sex caller who kept on keeping on. And the guy before him first vented a load of racism remarks and then told me I'd better go sell hamburgers at McDonalds, lol, because I cannot listen.
BBL. Hugs to you both.
*hugs Liz* And please give your beloved a hug from me too
oh dear ! i so wish i could help you to be more comfy at that time. are you putting most of whats le4 of your furnishings in storage until the tiny house is built?
enjoy your evening lizgirl. hugs for boh of you.
yes we will. And please do not worry, rose, we will be quite comfy. We know how to make it so.
okay honey. *wiping out the word worry*
good girl. I will tell you when to start worrying, lol. So far, we are being blessed by how smooth it all goes.
did the news give Rob a bit of a lift?
phantom: defense
yes it did. Until he got a very ugly email from his boss. It is no paranoia, she is really out to hurt him. To get rid of him, I suspect. The good news is, it put him in a fighting mood. Which is better than depression.
good for him. did he print the email out? to show the insurance doc and social worker?
no, but he forwarded them to them, and sent a copy to his private email.
btw, what is wrong with this woman? does she have a burr under her saddle or what? gosh... if i could only have 5 minutes with her...
..... my printer died. And repairing would cost more than a new one... said the repair man... who then told me he would not even accept the job nowadays because hey, for 70 euro people can buy a new printer. Sigh. Hard to explain to him how wrong this is.
she is an interim manager who is hired to cut costs, rose, it is as simple as that.
okay. from what you are saying, i think that there someone superior to her? could Rob contact them? and why is Rob her target? doesn't he get his work done, and well?
what about discrimination laws? doesn't the Netherlands have laws about what she is doing?
Rob has been home with a burnout for a while, so he is expensive. On top of that, he used to do work with very stubborn unemployeds, and he often was the one who confronted them. Which means he got more complaints than others, which she is using as an argument that he was not doing his job well.
I have advised Rob to get the union involved. He needs someone in his corner who is not paid by the company, no matter how remotely.
exactly sprite. with the union beside me was how i received the payout i did. could Rob approach the problem with a view for a settlement? it would give him some time without any grief> but then, that would mean she has won...as he would no longer be employed.
exactly. And it would impact his pension, so... It is pissing me off, that she treats him this way. But maybe it will do him good to fight for his job... this morning it looked that way
hmmm. damned if he does , damned if he doesn't. poor man...
ikr? It stinks to high heaven. Wish I could fix it for him, but I cannot.
no you cannot sprite. this is something HE has to fix. just do what you are doing... support him, listen to him (when he decides to talk) and above all love him in every way possible.
that, I can do, and I will :)
firefllies
WTG SPRITE !!!
luvsya, honey. Have a lovely evening and a peaceful night. *hugsssss* for you and Don, and an extra one just for you.

Hi there, zooz. How is your mother doing?
((Gapeach)) Mother is not too bad at the monet which is good. Kidnet infection seems to have cleared! Eating is still a problem but not as bad as it was before.
How are you keeping, Gapeach? and how are your dogs doing?
Bonjour! lt is about 25 degreesF and the hiuse was freezing.
Butmy helpe, Nermin, is here, and he made lovely fire;
l'm beginning to writ broken English like h speaks! LOL

Bless them, Gapeach. Dogs are wonderful animals!
Rufie stays upstairs with me until l get up, even if Nermin arrives.
Yeah they did say it was going to get colder here soon, Ruby :-(
I do agree, zooz. Do you have one to keep you company?
No sad to say, Gapeach. I don't have one as I am out at parents home a lot and do not like the idea of leaving the animal too long on its own.
They both added huge undercoast, so l think it will be another cold winter. They aare fiercely protective until l say OK.
I hope not, Ruby. Do not want another Winter like last year.
I would be miserable in this big house without their copmpany
There was not too many berries on one of the trees in my garden this year. So I took that as a sign it was going to be milder than last year.
l'min better shape this year and better prepared (with more help) andmy spirits are better.
Yes, I understand. They require more concern as they get older. Their loyalty is awesome though. Much more so than either of my husbands. LOL
l feel like l'm surrounded by angels!
*Chants Mild Winter, Mild Winter, Mild Winter
When I am retired I will get a dog to keep me company. But I want to reloacate to a warmer climate when I do.
Hello, Molly. i still do that Haha!
Oh bless you, Gapeach. But I know you are right haha!
Very good to hear that, Ruby! And long may that be the case!
I wouls love a lottery angel to come along and give me the correct numbers. That would help me and my family a great deal!
Would*
Whee, let's hear it for Lottery Angels!
People say money does not buy you happiness but I would like to give it a good try first before I come to that conclusion!
I must feed them and give one his insulin.....back in a few.
my dad used to say..... it doesn't if having money would bring him headaches... cos he'd have the money to buy aspirin.
Will be gone soon, Gapeach. Hope you have a great sleep and a lovely day ahead!
Haha! Oh that is a good one, Rolin!
And the same for you, zooz. Blessings.
well time to go and see parents. Nice to chat to you all.Until next time! Happy babbling!
l miss Miami's warm ovean, but aside from that, l love this place and have now lived here longer than any other

Even though Annecy is small, there are three. Small vendors and artisans coe fromall over SE France.
lt's a chrming part of Annecy life.
Sometimes there are little sculptures in wood and straw usually little animals or saints (santons).
It sounds very nice. I'm sorry you are afraid to go.
Hey Ruby, there are pictures of it on line. It looks beautiful.

People should send Godiva chocolates all the time, not just during the holidays. The world would be a happier place. : D
we 6/30, first one, pls
godiva is known best in belgium for being the worst-priced low-quality chocolate you can buy, though (apparently)... send neuhaus instead :D
i have one that would be hot or means you are sweaty :-) it builds on a we 4/8 that is an injury. not sure if it is the first one as i just started a bit ago
or sweating i should say. overly hot anyway. lol
hi wolvie
Leonidas chocolate for me... Manon Blanc and Manon Cafe are worth destroying your arteries for.
Neuhaus also excellent
hi TO
never heard of those chocolates Natasha
hi all
leonidas is more local than neuhaus isn't it? never seen either storefront until visiting belgium, but have seen neuhaus chocolates rarely in canada
there was a leonidas shop here in calgary, but it closed. you can buy them at costco, but fresh would be better
again, i post without looking at the time. it's true, you can't teach an old welki new tricks.
a day late and a welki short
always
ru, we've been considering taking the plunge again, and have been in touch with our breeder. she's 'started over' because two of her dogs presented with PU,
she's got a 3.5 year old 'import' who will be bred with another 3 year old from the netherlands - they're almost cream colored
both have all their clearances
so torn between the puppy thing and the rescue dogs that are already here
hi welk
... and done ... may I offer any clues for anyone? ....
... ah well ... then good evening and good luck to all who continue the struggle ....
reef reefs
Any clues for re6,27 please?
