This puzzle sucks and blows...

12:28 am

I have a C7/36 and a whole 3 6's.

12:30 am

A C 7 for 36?!? Showoff ;)

12:32 am

Fennel...so close...

12:35 am

I got an i7/40!!! Unbelievable :)

12:40 am

I have 35 words so far. I will be shocked if there are more than 50.

12:43 am

I've got 18 so far. I found your c7/36. My i7/40 is part of a 6/7 combo. i6/27.

12:52 am

damn...why can't you spell it enfantile?

12:56 am

Try using a different starting letter. I thought the exact same thing.

12:57 am

yeah, i got the six and seven off of that one...i wanted a nine

12:58 am

Let me rephrase that...enfantile, spelled with a different starting letter, does not work in this puzzle. But there are two related words :)

12:59 am

Ya, I was totally stoked to find that 6/7 combo. My babble skills have most improved :)

okay...i have 32 words and i'm going to bed...GO SOX!!!

1:06 am

Ugh. 19 for 241. 'Nites.

2:30 am

omg, what a lot of double letters... Against my better judgement I start to play! Can't be many words in this grid, but perhaps some nasty ones...

2:49 am

Keep trying to use that X, but I think it is there just to distract us... ;-)

3:03 am

44 words 545 points so far - now I kick myself back to work for a couple of hours. *lol* Only 2 7's and 7 6's, nothing bigger. And nothing new or too obscure. Back later...

4:39 am

babble-lite stats 4 ... 25 5 ... 13 6 .... 7 7 .... 2 ======== total 47 ======== A 3 C 2 E 5 F 7 H 8 i 2 L 8 N 5 T 7

5:03 am

44 for 548... haven't used the X, nor the M or the R.

5:04 am

Oh, and thanks for the stats, shortseer. Saves a lot of time looking in the wrong places!

5:14 am

Thanks, shortseer, for the stats. Really great you take the time doing it for us!

5:17 am

With the help of the stats I am done. 47 words 4.70 575 points, if the lite stats are complete. Can't imagine why they shouldn't be in this grid. I can quote Kukana: nothing with X, M or R. No surprising words.

6:02 am

OK, same for me now 47 words, 4.70, 575 so I guess that's the lot for today. Actually I quite liked that one. I find the huge ones overwhelming and they take far too long!

6:41 am

I may go seriously bad after this but I just came in and the first word I saw was C7/36. So far, so good!

11:08 am

I cant find the last A or three of the Es. Or four of the Hs. Ot 2 Ts. Heck - Im crap today

WE're stuck on the same letters, except I have all the A's and you have all the F's, so we can help each other with those! AN5, AN4, AN4 for you. What am I missing? FA5, FE4, FL5, FL6, FL4, FL5

11:12 am

You're missing an FE6

11:12 am

Fe6

aha! thanks.

11:18 am

Yes, think of our furry friends

Just gotit! duh, was sitting here with my trusty FE6 and she didn't offer even a hint! I'm off to work, will be back to find those last four words later :)

11:25 am

tOTAL STUCK ON (Worse that I thought!) I need an E Have EL5, EN6, Need 2 hs Have HA4 x4, HI$ x2, Need an I Have an IN6 Need an L Have LI4 x3, LI5, LI6 x2 Need an N Have NE4, NE5, NI4, NI5 Need 2 Ts Have TI4 x3, TI5, TO4

11:31 am

i can see that you're missing an LI5, an HY4, an IN7 and a TI5...otherwise, I'm as lost as you

11:33 am

You need ti4 and li4

11:40 am

granadan, you need el4, another el5, et5

12:00 pm

I think that should be ET4??

12:04 pm

granadan, try adding an e to the end of your i word.

12:05 pm

done :) woohoo!

12:11 pm

The other H is an Ha6. There is another Li4 (total 4) and another Ni5 (total 2). Also another Ti4 (total 4). The E's go: EL4 EL5 x2 En6 Et4

12:16 pm

How many points is that EN6?

12:18 pm

EN6 = 27

12:23 pm

HA6? Is it a real word or one of those Babble words?

12:26 pm

Absolutely one of those babble words. Sounds like something to hold, but takes a T in stead of a D. Worth 27 points.

12:27 pm

The En6 is NO babble word. ;-) They even made a movie of it, once.

12:29 pm

great clue, thanks....one word to go...stupid N

12:31 pm

Which N do you need?

12:33 pm

I have NE4 + NE5 and NI4 + NI5

12:34 pm

I think you miss the Ni5 that is an archaic term for radon.

12:35 pm

Worth 10 points.

12:36 pm

yep...that'd be it....thanks a bunch, sweetheart

Hello

1:58 pm

hello

2:12 pm

Man, I'm sitting here with my FE 6 on my lap and could not for the life of me find it, even with the furry friends clue. I couldn't get ferret out of my head, even though there's no way to make it in this grid!

2:18 pm

Fe6: belonging to the family of catlike creatures, such as lions, tigers and my tabby.

2:35 pm

any clues for the EN6

2:37 pm

Sorry that should be LI 6, have the one which is extended from the 4/4.

2:51 pm

Found it, just need the HA/6 which I've been looking for, for ages!

I don't play for four days and somehow my ranking has moved up one... strange thing, Babble. :p

One hour... I think that's the fastest I've ever finished a puzzle. Thanks for all the previous clues, everyone. 47/4.70/575

4:54 pm

any clues for the HA6 please

7:11 pm

Treble99 - The HA6 does not have a definition, but its worth 27 points and ends in a vowel. Hope that helps.

9:27 pm

H6 ... curious word The only meaning i can find is non-english. In the sotho (african) language it means "well". "Tsamaya h6!" = "Go well!"

This puzzle is terrable I mean come on x is okay by the a but no friggin four letter words!!
