it is not too bad today. Slowly getting within the margins where I will not need painkillers. Already came down from oxycontin to tramadol to paracetamol, so I am rather pleased with myself

wow! that's incredible. you should be pleased. what a remarkable thing to do. and of course your not going to be stoic if the pain does increase enough to take oxycontin if necessary, are you?
at the moment we have a locum. today it was a combined ecumenical service with the catholic church hosting. (it was their turn)
the locum is great. but he is just that... a locum. he only comes once/week for sunday services.
uhhhmmmmm welllllll a little. I really really hate the oxy. It makes me trippy. I do not mind woozy, but trippy sucks. So if the pain gets crazy, I take one or two tramadol. Took one yesterday morning, just paracetamol ever since .
glad he is okay. But it would be nicer to have one that will get to know your community.
okay. 'cos if it does get bad, you know your body is going to react to the pain.
we are waiting for the archbishop to appoint a new vicar. we can only afford part-time. i.e. 5 days/fortnight.
