visit to the dietician went very well. I actually have lost 10 kg since the last time I saw her, around my gastric bypass. She is gonna help me put together a food plan that will suit me. Weight loss secundary, we just want to establish a healthy routine with good food.

and she is gonna look into my vitamins etc. too

the hubs and I were musing last night - WHY is there such a dearth of performances spaces and such on the south shore? We have NO concert place bigger than SSmusic circus, NO big comedy club, no night clubs to speak of, and NO art house type theatre, and NO restaurant that is not family style, high chairs everywhere. Is it due to lack of interest, or perceived lack of interest?
we can't be the only people on the south shore looking for such things, so what is the deal there?
Maybe that's why it's called "Snorewell"-- I think Locals prefer it to be so-- maybe that's why no crime? Close enough to Boston to go there?
