I made chicken soup because my son has a nasty cold. Apparently the germs are flying early this year.
got my shot 2 weeks ago!
We have started taking elderberry when cold symptoms start and it seems to reduce the length of them

ruru, I am sorry that BR was nasty to you - you probably blame me, among others for 'enabling' him. I had ZERO idea that it extended to stalking you, all I could see was the nastiness and sniping that went on between you in the chat log.

It is my humble opinion that the Enable word list makes no sense. Some words go, some don't. Some foreign words are okay, others are not. It is a word list compiled at the whims of those who compiled it.

With all the stories I have heard about "outdoor cats" getting injured, I have to say, I don't get it. It seems like indoor cats are the safer option.
Molly, I have two indoor cats. They never go outside! We have a pack of wild dogs that run the neighborhood and I have seen them with dead cats dangling from their mouths. The dogs often overnight on our large, accomodating front porch...=(
Ugh Bea. Those are the kinds of stories that make me wonder why people let their cats roam around outside.
There is also a very large colony of community (feral) cats that live on our premises. Yes, I feed and water them and provide them with winter shelter. I have also had 60 of them spayed/neutered in the last five years in hopes of controlling the population. It has made a huge difference, but there are still kittens showing up all the time!
I am the crazy cat lady and I run a cat house...
