I agree with you, bea. my friend's mom is about to be 72 and she still goes. I think it's crazy. my husband was skiing once and there was a club there of women like 70+. he said one lady he was on the lift with was 80.

I do mountain biking, which can be crazy, but I live by "when in doubt, chicken out"
I have several friends around 70 who still ski & bike. I am happy for them and know they are having a great time. I have another friend in the same age range that still climbs the steps in the Seattle Space Needle every year as a fund raiser. Good for these people they are enjoying life!
