I don't use it babble expert, but generally the first issue with web pages is corrupt locally cached data, so if you go into your browser and delete temporary internet files (not cookies, not browsing history, but cached data) that's a good start. Just be careful, if you don't know what you're doing then you might delete stuff you wanted to keep...
An alternative would be to download a different web browser....Chrome, Microsoft, Firefox, Opera something other than what you're using

Temple Owl, you're a veteran, so I'll ask you. Have you noticed that lately more words aren't really words when you look them up. Example: today, "foin" I accepted, but when I check dictionary, "join" comes up.
dictionary.com is updated far more often than the enable word list that is part of babble
