Verizon Customer Service is terrible. That is why I switched back to Xfinity. They are not great either, but better than Verizon.

I've had verizon mobile for many years and can't remember having to call them more than twice, I think both times were when I was at Apple Store getting a new phone and not knowing my PIN,
now Time Warner (now Spectrum) is another story. Had to call them a million times and they were horrible.
I have no problem with Verizon for my cell phone service. I had nothing but problems when I had Verizon internet.
att customer service has also always been awful
I have Comcast internet and their customer service is pretty good.
I always had good experience with comcast customer service.

ara - welcome back. In a pinch, put the two pages side by side and copy in the the words one at a time. It goes quickly and sometimes you can find more while you're doing it. Then you're just using the keyboard.
