My neice is Chair of a local charity who,twice a week, provide meals for homeless people. Before lockdown they were feeding 30 people, this week it was over 90.now they can only do take-aways. Are your local school open there? Many local towns went from "yellow" to "orange" with COVID so the orange schools are closing.
Ours are but they are talking about having an extended Christmas break. Where I am COVID is not huge but in Toronto and surrounding areas it's much worse.
