morning everyone - that zebra pie looks good (and reminds of an icebox cake i used to make for the kids when they were small - chocolate wafers and whipped cream)

I used to make a chocolate mousse with oreo or chocolate wafer crust. The nieces and nephews loved it.
the icebox cake? it was SO easy, and the kids were amazed at the stripes - wafer/cream, wafer/cream - repeat until wafers all gone. slather with more whipped cream (hello, mr cholesterol), chill and slice on a diagonal
I remember that chocolate wafer/whipped cream icebox cake. It is really good.
Any time you can up the game of a box mix is good.

well, garage one is like 20 years old from our first house and it is the drink fridge. got one in the basement summer before last for a graduation party but also nice to have near our pool.
