Well, the recent Texas weather has made it's way north. It is only 16 degrees out. 27 days until Spring.

Condominium complexes here have trash rooms. Separate small buildings with large trash cans for resident trash disposal. The trash company picks up from the trash rooms.
Apartment complexes often do here too (though not necessarily enclosed in a four walled room) - often called a 'bin store' or similar, I think
