mael-I periodically watch Grave of the Fireflies but haven't in a while. It's the best anti war movie ever made IMO. Devastating to watch. There was also a live action version as well

I think they are saying it transcends the genre and it's just amazing filmmaking

essentially anime = cartoons and manga = comics, we have the same distinction in english
of course in English we pretend that there's comic books and then there's "graphic novels," but again. It's all just a medium not a genre

one day he called me down to the front flower bed to check something and I told him it was false strawberry, I had seen the actual berries on it before. that's hard to get rid of too. but I still had to google it and show him a pic before he believed me. I guess if you get bad reactions to poison ivy you can never be too careful.

squirrels ate my strawberry plants
squirrels eat the baby peaches here every year before they get ripe. the peach tree is in a planter on the deck. there's only a few on there right now and they are almost golf ball size. I'm sure they will be gone soon.
I covered the strawberry plants with bird netting but of course they still got those too.
Darn squirrels ate every one of my clementines in January. And the tree was loaded.

I've never been able to grow zucchini or yellow squash because they love the blossoms
They do leave the kumquats alone. I don't have a problem with them getting the vegetables, but have to put toile over the tomatoes because the rats get them.
only 2 things I've successfully grown on the deck without squirrel interference is tomatoes and banana peppers

We had a racoon with a PVC pipe stuck round it's neck, ended up trapping it and taking it to the local wildlife refuge

I live in the city and we have raccoons in the back yard. They're always digging holes, looking for grubs, and they've destroyed some plants. We also have coyotes and someone just spotted a mountain lion, both in a local park about a mile away.

omg, one day mr. homie and I were getting in the car to go somewhere and he was like, jump in the back! so I did, and there was an animal roaming around our garage and driveway that looked just like a coyote. he grabbed a broom to protect himself and was telling it to scram but it wouldn't.
finally he tells it to sit which it promptly did. found out it is a neighbor's dog! LOL

The rh5 and rh7 are both, I think, plurals of the rh6. I noodled around until I got the rh5,16, then looked up the definition, which helped.
