I saw it twice and paid nothing like that. First time I was in third row and didn't pay more than 150. But I stood on line at the theater and they were for 5 months after I bought them.
when I looked at them for the Wicked trip they were $896 Plus fees and such in the middle orchestra... we had front row seats at Wicked for $250
and I loved Wicked. it was fantastic
And they were worth every penny of it, a very memorable show it was.
dinner cost a whole lot more than the show however :D\
I'm taking Phoebe to London and Paris next month and am thinking of taking her to Wicked there. London theater is such fun
mr. homie & I got on a list for when it came to Charlotte the first time, and he had a better number, but all that was left was expensive seats. it was going to be like $3k or something ridiculous. I vetoed that quick. I had been listening to the soundtrack and knew I would love the show but would rather spend that much $$$ on a new bike or sewing machine.
Oh but that dinner was fabulous. I took Rachel and Arthur there, thought I might get away for under $250... nope
I've now seen the recorded one on Disney+ with the original cast and don't think I'd even like to see it here without them.

When I saw it (with original cast) we were very close and Leslie Odoms makes eye contact a lot with the audience. So cool! Second time was with my kids and grandkids and we were up in balcony, different cast. Still a very thrilling show though
his voice is like butter, so good

The icon picture is kind of distorted.You have to do a hard refresh CNTRL + F5 to see an updated picture.And I haven't heard anyone say "nuts" since my 1920's born Dad.
