my sympathies -- went through that with rbchr and cra for 3 months
the music is terrible - and occasionally distorted, so it sounds like impending disconnect
but! i just spoke with someone, she took my info - says she'll put me on hold for 5-7 minutes, but i'm not hopeful. the music keeps cutting out (beats me why i think that's a signal for an oncoming disconnect)
and then the person you get transfers you to someone else and you answer the same questions from the same robot all over again then spend some more time on hold
