Well, as someone mentioned yesterday, now that he's making exceptions, I expect he will be inundated with requests to add and delete.
If it is a real word, disagreeable or not, if it is called a dictionary, the word should be included. If it is an arbitrary word list, anything goes. And we have a word list, not a dictionary.
And dictionaries cost a fortune to update.
Yes, but someone argues that Enable only includes words that are in collegiate dictionaries. I have no idea if that is true or not.
I don't think so. Many are too archaic or rare they are rarely seen in that level of reference. I check those out a lot. (word nerd here)

I think an update to the dictionary would be great, however it would require all of us "relearning" what is accepted and what isn't. I think complaining about it is probably just how it's going to be :)
I don't know how you people who play multiple word games remember what is accepted where.

just read the chat - lol - I have no idea what udon and unami are. If they are an ethnic food, I would think that they are common only to those who eat it.
I just know that ramen is some kind of noodle -- have never eaten it or seen it after it is cooked unless it is those chinese noodles that look like worms.
