You are not infectious when you have a negative RAT. The 5-day rule from the CDC is dangerous as most people are infectious for 8-10+ days.

I have long covid it has messed with my heart and sometimes I feel alot of chest pain and irregular heart beat but they will test me and say its ok and say it is from long covid
My neighbor has had it multiple times and still tests positive too
I'm pretty lucky I've managed to avoid it so far. I try to be as careful as possible
I have had it and had shots and boosters and still wear mask too, my immune system is shot as it is ( I have hashimotos disease) so try not to go out much at all
most people around here have stopped wearing masks
oh bummer.
I know .. I am one of a few people in the store with a mask most days. I'm out in the public a lot but try not to shake hands and keep a little distance. I have given up hope that this thing will ever be conquered with all the anti vaxxers
