I work just half a day today because I am added to tomorrow afternoon's schedule. Half days are so much easier to deal with.

Both are half-days but tomorrow will be worse because I am on call. The on-call doc gets slammed with questions and problems.
We do our schedules in quarterly blocks so we know well-ahead of time.

has she tried flushing her sinuses with nasal saline? helps me to breathe a little easier when I have bronchitis. and sitting in a warm steamy bathroom, i almost make it like a sauna. then i can sleep a little in a very warm bed
and I add a little eucalyptus to the steam
I don't know what all she has tried, because she doesn't live too close, but I'll pass along the suggestions. thanks.

yeah, the only thing that helps me is my inhaler and even that doesn't do much
